2. Service & License Information‍

We provide pest control services in Orange County, CA and nearby areas.
License Information: Licensed in California under Structural Pest Control Board License #PR 9832, regulated by the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

To schedule a service, please contact us via phone at (888)-296-6579 or email at office@osopest.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for late cancellations.

4. Payment Terms‍

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Liability

‍Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the service fee. We are not liable for indirect damages.
